Please be advised that the City has issued a road closure for Roxborough Street West between Yonge Street and Sam Tile/Paul Hahn Lanes. This closure is necessary to connect the 1 Roxborough site to the City’s water and sewer systems and to perform necessary infrastructure upgrades.

Daily Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Navigating the Closure
During these work hours, there will be no access to or from Yonge Street via Roxborough Street West.
Your Route: During this period there will be no access to or egress from Yonge Street. Access to Roxborough West will be via Avenue Rd., Molson Ave. and Sam Tile Lane only.
Good News: Councillor Saxe’s office has confirmed that Hydro will not be working on utility pole replacement during this window. This means Roxborough Street West will remain open between Avenue Road and the Sam Tile/Paul Hahn Lane.
