Notice is given that the 69th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the ABC Residents Association is called for and will be held in-person on the 18th day of November, 2026, at 7 p.m. for the following purposes:
- To receive and consider the Report of the Co-Presidents.
- To receive and consider the Treasurer’s Report.
- To consider and approve a resolution that Ian Campbell, of Hawton Campbell Chartered Accountants, be appointed auditor of the Association for the fiscal year June 2025 to June 2026 and to authorize the Directors to fix the auditor’s remuneration.
- To elect Directors. Please consider volunteering. Read the call for nominations and volunteers.
- To take questions and hear from members.

Members and residents are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting to conduct the annual required business of the Association and vote for your 2027 Board of Directors. We look forward to seeing you on the 18th!
