IMPORTANT PUBLIC CONSULTATION MEETINGS
As a result of a Provincial decision, the City is rezoning neighbourhoods within 500 to 800 meters of major transit stations, or about a 10-minute walk from the Rosedale, Summerhill, Bloor/Yonge, Bay, and Museum subway stations. This targets the entire ABCRA area for large increases in heights and densities, even though significant high density development has already occurred here in recent years.
You have an opportunity to hear how these changes may affect you and to express your opinions to Councillor Saxe and City Planners to try to influence the decisions that will be made by City Council this spring.
Attend, be informed, speak up
We strongly encourage residents to attend these consultations. A strong turnout can encourage responsible planning for growth.Learn about the zoning changes, ask questions, voice your concerns and provide your opinions.
