Public Meeting re 48-58 Scollard - Tuesday April 4

The City has received a Zoning By-law Amendment application for a new 43-storey (158 metres) mixed use building including 112 residential dwelling units, 132 parking spaces, ground floor commercial/retail space, and a Privately Owned Publicly-Accessible Open Space at the north east corner of Bay Street and Scollard Street.
